Skunkwurx Ninja II Carbon Fibre Bonnet for Ariel Atom

Skunkwurx Ninja II bonnet for the Ariel Atom available in either fibrelglass, composite carbon fibre. The bonnet has a set of contour lines that gradually widen towards the top, giving the car a sleek and aero look and is a direct replacement for the original bonnet and fits all models of the Atom.

The carbon version of the bonnets come ready to fit in a 3K Twill weave with a high gloss finish.

The carbon bonnets are made of Toray T300 Carbon Fibre with a 3K twill weave and cured with an epoxy resin. Finished with a high gloss UV-resistant topcoat. The T300 carbon material by Toray is the baseline carbon fibre used in aerospace applications. It has a 30 year production history and is known for its balanced composite properties, high quality, consistency, and reliability.

As carbon fibre products are made completely by hand using a labour intensive process, some variation or inconsistency in the weave pattern is common. This does not affect the dimensions or the structural integrity of the product, nor does it affect the final finish of the product.
